2D/3D Architect Job in Dubai

The candidate should be proficient in site surveys, 2D (Autocad), 3D & rendering (preferably 3DS max). He must have good & thorough knowledge of drawings. He will be required to works on concepts for new shops based on inputs from the client or based on initial concepts from the client. He must be good in 3D & rendering & will be required to carry out the 2D drawing. He must have thorough understanding of the construction plan of the shop fit out works inside high end malls & good knowledge of all the disciplines associated with the fit out works (eg: gypsum/other types of wall cladding, gypsum/other types of ceiling, screeding, waterproofing, tiling works, painting, joineries (solid wood/soft wood/MDF, other types as applicable, laminates), glass works, shutter works and other associated disciplines of interior fit out works as applicable). He should be preferably with visit/residence visa in UAE and gulf experience. The candidates will have to attend the interview & the skill test as part of the selection procedure.
