Interior Design for Ship / Villa JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a self-motivated interior design for our ship who can work alongside Engineers and Fabricators at our company. To be successful interior designer in our team, he should have 3D experienced and well-rounded knowledge of Shop Drawings. Should have ability to demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in drafting new software and advancements. Interior Design Responsibilities: • Outline client design objectives • Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems as per client goals. • Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision. • Utilize computer applications or software in the design process. • Determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications are met. • Must know the source of the materials and products included in plans. • Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings. • Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. • Determine project requirements in the budgeting phase. • Communicating with engineers and foreman, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. • Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team. • Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project. • Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met. • Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. • Supervising in Sites Qualification Requirements: Proficient in CAD Computer Programming 3+ years of experience as a junior designer Well versed in design and 3D modelling for exterior and interior Mastery with visualizing concepts and explaining to others Able to use a MAC Experience in design consultancy Skilled at inspecting and surveying buildings Forward thinking in design concepts Willingness to travel to client sites Salary Package: Negotiable
