A 2D artist is someone who creates images and animations in a two-dimensional medium. This could be anything from designing characters for video games or animated movies to creating illustrations or cartoon sequences.

What qualifications are required to become a 2D artist?

1. Knowledge in 2D drawing and painting software programs such as Photoshop or Painter.

2. Familiarity with creating vector illustrations and graphics using Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.

3. Dexterity in manipulating objects on a digital canvas to create realistic looking images.
