What is a 3D Signage Fabricator?

A 3D Signage Fabricator creates three-dimensional signage products from digital files. The fabricator uses a variety of cutting, joining and printing technologies to create realistic images or objects that can be displayed in public places such as airports, retail stores or stadiums.

What qualifications are required to become a 3D Signage Fabricator?

1. Education in 3D printing technology and/or design is a requirement.

2. Experience fabricating signs or displays using traditional manufacturing methods is also beneficial.

3. Must be able to use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, for designing the sign components and fabrication of final products."

4. Excellent communication, problem solving and team work skills are necessary due to collaboration with other departments within a business setting during fabrication phases of project execution." 5 . familiarity working with cutting tools including lasers
