What is a 3G/4G Welder?

A 3G/4G welder is a machine that can be used to weld metal together. It uses radio waves to send and receive data, which allows the welder to control the temperature of the welding arc very easily

What qualifications are required to become a 3G/4G Welder?

1. A 3G/4G Welder must have a certification from the American Welding Society (AWS).

2. They must be able to weld in all positions and use both TIG and MIG welding techniques.

3. The welder should also have experience with spot welding, seam cutting, filler metal usage, arc regulation, shielding gas control and wire feeding equipment operation.

4. Finally, good hand-eye coordination is essential for this trade as well as being comfortable working with heavy machinery
