A 3G/4G Welder is a machine that can weld metals using electricity. It uses three or four electrodes to create an arc and melts the metal so it can be reformed into a new shape.
A 3G/4G Welder must have a minimum of two years welding experience and hold an ASE certification. They should also be able to read blueprints and weld in multiple positions.
1. Ability to read and understand welding instructions
2. Good hand-eye coordination
3. Solid work ethic
4. Knowledge of arc Welding processes and equipment
5. Experience using a welder
