WELDER with following criteria - 1. Education - 10th or 12th Grade - Attested from UAE Embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2. Third Party Certificate - eg. ITI CERTIFICATE IS A MUST 3. Experience Certificate - 5 years with experience certificate 4. 1. A 6G Welder must have a minimum of an associate's degree in welding, metalworking or related field from a accredited college or university.

2. Must be certified by the National Institute for Metalworking Education (NIMTE) as being competent to weld aluminum and other alloys using gas tungsten arc Welders (GTAW).

3. Must also possess basic hand tool skills such as wood working, cabinet making etc., along with knowledge of common metals used in fabrication including but not limited to: stainless steel, titanium, nickel-alloyed iron and cobalt-chrome alloy steel..

4. Familiarity with standard safety practices while operating a GTAW welder including use of masks and eye protection is important5 .
