A 6G welder is a welding machine that can weld up to six pieces of metal at once.
A. A welding certificate or degree
B. Must be in good physical condition and able to work long hours
C. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
D. Experience working with gas welders is a plus
The skills required to become a 6G Welder vary depending on the level of qualification you are aiming for. However, most welding courses will require an understanding of basic maths and science concepts as well as some practical experience using welding equipment. In addition, many welders need good manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination in order to operate complex machines.
