What is a AC Ductman?

AC Ductman is an employee who maintains and repairs air conditioning ducts. They use a variety of tools, including clamps, wrenches, and screwdrivers to fix broken or leaky ductwork.

What qualifications are required to become a AC Ductman?

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

2. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems ductwork/ventilation equipment.

3. Knowledge of plumbing code requirements for HVAC installations a plus.

4 Be able to read blue prints and diagrams accurately and work independently as needed on project site- must be self motivated and organized with strong attention to detail

5 Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, crawl through tight spaces
