A ductman is a technician who installs, maintains and repairs air conditioning systems.
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required
2. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check
3. Ability to read, write and understand basic math concepts
4. Good working knowledge of the English language
5. Possess up-to-date tools, including climbing gear if necessary
1. Knowledge of AC systems and their components
2. Experience working with ductwork in a building or repair environment
3. Good problem solving skills
4. Ability to read blueprints and diagrams accurately
5. Strong work ethic
