1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required to work as an AC Technician cum Driver.

2. Experience in working with air conditioning systems is a plus, but not necessary for this position.

3. Must be able to read and write English well enough to understand blueprints and schematics, as well as communicate verbally with customers and co-workers on the job site regarding repairs or installation of new HVAC equipment.

4. Familiarity driving heavy trucks and cargo vans is also beneficial for this position; however, it's not mandatory requirement for employment at Air Conditioning Specialists Inc..

5 . Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly (with proper safety gear)
