Job Description

UAE driving license- Mandatory and Fluent in speaking English. Should have an experience Window AC / Split AC / Ducted AC All the Basic knowledge of Maintenance works. Day to Day Maintenance of All the properties. Schedule and complete the issues related to maintenance in the properties . Coordinate work performed by outside vendors Purchase of inventory for the maintenance works Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of all the properties Control and monitor inventory Responsible for all the maintenance works for the properties Only contact or apply if having UAE driving license and Fluent in speaking English.
