About You: We are looking to hire an AC Technician preferably with 1 year of experience. The candidate should be able to establish & maintain effective working relationships with colleagues. The candidate should also be able to work with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds and work independently. Job Description: • Responsible for trouble shooting and rectifying HVAC equipment such as DX, Split & Window AC. • Test system performance and perform repairs • Carry out routine inspection and maintenance works such as: checking for and resolving water/gas leakage. issues, cleaning AC filters, grills; washing outdoor units / cooling coils; checking electrical. connections, gas pressure; rectification of AC; gas re-filling; servicing AC units; replacing compressor units. • Performs other related duties as assigned such as: Control traffic by directing pedestrians and transport, respond to emergency situations to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers, Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, patrolling premises regularly, traffic control, and accident investigations
