What is a AC Technician?

A AC Technician is someone who repairs and maintains central air conditioning units. They may also be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining the electrical components of a cooling system.

What qualifications are required to become a AC Technician?

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

2. Experience in AC installation and repair is a plus, but not mandatory for application consideration.

3. Valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary qualifications for employment as an AC Technician .

4.. Must be able to meet the physical demands of working in an environment with temperatures that can reach up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (49 degrees Celsius).

5.. Knowledge of basic electrical wiring principles is also helpful, but not essential

What are the skills required to become a AC Technician?

- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.

- Experience with AC power tools, such as saws, drills, and screwdrivers.
