A AC Technician Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of a technicians department and ensuring that all workers are meeting their job requirements. This position typically oversees several technicians, assigns work schedules and monitors performance. Additionally, this individual may be involved in training new employees or helping to resolve technical issues.

What qualifications are required to become a AC Technician Supervisor?

1. A college degree in engineering or related field is required.

2. Supervising experience with AC technicians is a must.

3. Good problem solving skills are important as a supervisor, as well as the ability to work independently and be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

4 Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to deal with difficult customers on a regular basis while maintaining composure under pressure; also must possess strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without becoming overwhelmed or stressed out; good attention span, detail orientated approach when inspecting equipment/mechanical issues etc.; knowledge of HVAC systems necessary for supervision (elements & operation) may also beneficial depending on position chosen).
