What is a AC Technician Supervisor?

A AC Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the work of technicians throughout the installation and maintenance phases of an air conditioning system. This position may also be involved in training new employees on specific aspects of working with air conditioning systems.

What qualifications are required to become a AC Technician Supervisor?

1. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as an AC Technician Supervisor in a commercial setting.

2. Must be able to plan, organize and manage work activities within the scope of their position effectively and efficiently while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.*

3. Must possess strong problem solving skills with attention to detail*

4. Requires knowledge and understanding of technology used in HVAC systems including but not limited to: thermostats, A/C compressors, controllers etc.*

5. Ability to lead team members through various tasks with minimal supervision
