AC Technician Supervisor Job in Dubai

Job Description

Digital Homes is a market leader in smart home automation and energy efficient AC systems installations. We are looking for a supervisor to manage our team of technicians. 1. The supervisor should be able to communicate clearly in English 2. Should be able to easily communicate with team members and assign tasks, follow up on execution and ensure the job is done up to standard. 3. Should have good technical knowledge of HVAC systems (split, DX and VRF) and communication systems. 4. Preferable to have knowledge of home automation systems including lighting control, thermostats, WiFi solutions, CCTV. 5. Is able to quickly learn and mentor/train/teach team of technicians. 6. Strong personality and able to communicate well with customers, properly managing customer expectations. 7. Should have strong technical knowledge to be able to guide and mentor staff.

You can expect a minimum salary of AED 3000 and can go up to AED 3500. The salary offered will depend on your skills and experience.
