Roles And Responsibilities - Take individual responsibility for new business, lead generation, meeting arrangements, and end-to-end conversion Ensure that Emtech remains proactive and responsive to prospective Partners Map out industry events and tradeshows to attend; represent Emtech business in the best possible manner to target new business leads and contacts Sales and Marketing of Products and Solutions in the Company’s Portfolio. technical discussions with presales team, system engineering, formulation, and costing. Achieving the target set from time to time. Keep abreast with the latest developments and trends in the marketplace, document/report this information and implement the business plan accordingly. Assist in the development of products and identify products suitable for the mentioned region. Generation reports, billing information, financial statements, MIS report, and other related information. Driving Business growth through strategic, tactical, and integrated marketing. Design and Develop sales and marketing strategy in line with the developments in the market. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping by accurately entering information in a timely manner consistent with the official guidelines. Organize and conduct presentations to corporate and prospective clients. Constantly monitor the developments in the region from a business perspective and action accordingly Traveling on Business if required. Keep confidentiality and should not disclose the trade secrets of the company. Actively participate in providing ideas to improve the procedure and work environment. Maintain excellent communication links with related companies and other departments’ staff and work in full cooperation. Excellent understanding and implementation of Sales and Channel Excellent customer relationship skills within diverse geography.
