Knowledge in proper recording of Accounts 2. Keeping track of expenses 3. Knowledge in food cost 4. Knowledge in Accrual Basis Accounting Method 5. Accounts receivable, payables and supplier reconciliation 6. Knowledge in Journals / Posting 7. Handling petty cash and reconciliation 8. Monthly Invoicing 9. Knowledge in purchasing and costing 10. Responsible for month end and year end closing 11. Knowledge in Audit preparation 12. Reporting to Head Office
