ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNTS ADMIN Controlling all types of accounts in financial transaction. Petty cash handling (to be cleared within every 2-3 days). Comparing bills with other vendors and previous bills for price comparison. Verify all invoices and purchase orders. Preparing payable and receivable details. Track daily expenses. Prepare project profit/loss report based on the bills and reports from site. Vehicle expense tracking (fuel, maintenance etc). Book keeping/entering all types of transactions. Preparing client enquiries. VAT filing and controlling. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly cash reports. Report on company’s financial health. Prepare client’s statements, bills, invoices etc. Follow up of payments with clients. Generate weekly aging reports. Assisting in preparing quotations. Creating LPO, DO etc. Distribute job card, attendance forms to site in-charge for site reports. Processing payroll. Managing clients, debtors and creditors. Track employees daily attendance and enter in system to process payroll. Track outside labours daily/weekly wages and keep record of it including work site details. Necessary interaction with the production team to know the delivery and project details. Submit employee salary sheet and statement on first or second of every month. Maintain cheque inward and outward register.
