A Accounts Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's accounts receivable, payable, and financial records. They may also be involved in budgeting and forecasting financial needs, creating reports on the state of finances within the company, or other related duties.
A person with a background in accounting is generally required to become an Accounts Admin. This includes having knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping, as well as experience working with computers. Additionally, someAccounts Admins may require certification or accreditation from organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
1. Strong organizational skills - Accounts administrators need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and keep track of deadlines.
