What is a Accounts Admin?

A Accounts Admin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a company's accounts payable and accounting departments. This includes overseeing financial reports, issuing invoices, collecting payments, and tracking expenses.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. Strong computer skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 and other office software; understanding of accounting principles and procedures

2. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

3. Proven experience in a financial or administrative role managing accounts payable, receivable or budgeting processes

4. Experience working with online customer service channels such as ChatOps or social media support teams (e.g., Twitter) a plus

5. Interested in pursuing an accounting degree

What are the skills required to become a Accounts Admin?

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Proven experience administering accounts payable processes

-Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
