We are looking for a dynamic individual for the post of Admin & Accounts assistant. Should be proficient is Excel. Actively participating in office decision making along with being a strong team player is what we are looking for. Should pay attention to details and carry out duties even without supervision on some occasions. Having strong personality to handle customers and should be able to work under pressure. 1. Maintain proper record of Receipts and Payments 2. Daily follow of maintenance in cost effective way. 3. Customer service is also a part of this job 4. Proper check on outstanding amount and their follow up. 5. Daily duties include preparing various reports as per higher management's request. 6. Previous experience in real estate is an added advantage. Salary - 1,800/- with Accommodation and Visa Work timings - 9:30am to 1:30pm 1:30pm to 4:30pm - lunch break then 4:30pm to 9:30pm
