Job Description

Looking for an Accountant cum Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Provide both accounting and administrative support to the company Offer administrative support to the department as necessary Manage inventory control of materials as well as supplies Welcome and handle all inquiries from visitors as well as clients Handle daily petty cash transactions and complete daily reconciliations Assist in reconciling bank records with bank statements Provide relevant support to external audit teams Maintain timely filing of accounting documents Assist with preparing responses to correspondences as well as reports Job Qualifications and Experience Should hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or its equivalent At least 2+ years of experience in providing both accounting and administrative support on the UAE Must be highly skilled in using the accounting software packages Preferred candidates must be FEMALE Strong knowledge of administrative procedures Good Ms Office suite knowledge Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs Job Type: Full-time
