1. Bookkeeping; Prepare thorough computation and submission of Value Added Tax (VAT) Payable. VAT filing to FTA portal. Company budgeting. Managing the entire accounting cycle through completion, preparing documents, finalizing reports, and closing books. 2. Preparation of Financial Statements for Monthly Financial Reports and Year End Audit. Checking all regular monthly expenses of the company and schedule of payables and receivables of the company. 3. Handling employee payroll (WPS), Salary Management, Employee attendance and leave. 4. Preparation of Invoices, Inventory Reports, Purchase Orders, Agreements, and Contracts. Coordinating with Suppliers and Clients, following up on pending payments due. 5. Supplier visits for materials. 6. Preparation of quotations as per manager instructions. 7. Monitoring and recording petty cash and office supplies.
