Job Responsibilities: In this position, you will perform accounting jobs, clerical tasks, answer phones, and sort mail. Other duties will include preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports/payroll, auditing, maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT filling and generally keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
