Obaid Ibrahim Building Materials Trading is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accounts Admin in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A accounts admin is a person who helps manage and maintain an organization's accounting records. They may also be responsible for auditing financial reports, preparing tax returns, or managing budgets.
1. Strong accounting experience is required for most accounts admin positions, as well as knowledge of financial software and databases.
2. Accounts administration typically requires good organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
3. Previous experience working in a commercial setting or with large organizations is often beneficial, particularly if one plans on pursuing a managerial role in accounts administration later on down the road.
4. A strong attention to detail is essential, along with excellent writing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
5. A degree in accounting or related field may be advantageous but isn’t always necessary; many successful accountants started out as clerks or administrative assistants before moving up through the ranks!
