A Accounts Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's accounting system. They make sure all financial transactions are recorded accurately, manage budgets, and provide support to employees who need access to account information. Additionally, they may also be involved in tax preparation or auditing activities.
1. A college degree in accounting or related field is required.
2. Experience in accounts receivable and payable processing, bank reconciliation processes, and Microsoft Excel are helpful but not mandatory.
3. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are necessary as an Accounts Admin..
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for managing clients, vendors, employees and other stakeholders involved in financial reporting process - both internally within organization and externally with third parties such as auditors or investors/ financiers .
5. In addition to strong work ethic , applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
