What is a Accounts Admin?

A accounts administrator is a person who oversees and manages the financial records of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded correctly, communicating with creditors and others as necessary, and reviewing reports to make sure that finances are being managed effectively.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

A minimum of a high school diploma is required to become an accounts admin. Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills as well as strong computer proficiency. Previous experience in accounting or administrative positions is also beneficial.
