They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 2-10 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
An accounts admin is a person who oversees and manages the financial aspects of an organization. They may be responsible for payroll, accounting, or auditing.
1. A degree in Accounting or related field is required.
2. Previous experience working with accounts payable and receivable systems is desirable, but not necessary.
3. Strong writing skills are a must as Accounts Admin's will be responsible for creating reports and documents as needed.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential since an Accounts Admin will frequently work with others to resolve issues or manage projects seamlessly together- both within the company and externally (with clients/vendors).
5. The ability to stay organized through constant change - whether it’s new software applications being implemented, changing business processes, etc.- is critical in this position
1. Strong accounting skills including bookkeeping, auditing and budgeting.
2. Good communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Proven experience managing accounts payable processes and systems in a business setting.
