Coordinate and execute the monthly close process including journal entries, reconciliations and financial statement Preparation of Profit & Loss A/c,Balance Sheet & Cash-Flow Statement. • Manage annual financial statement audit and other sales/use tax audits. • Manage the tenant billing process performed by an assistant. • To prepare tenant account analysis and reconciliations when tenants dispute charges to their accounts. • Oversee A/P and A/R functions performed by assistant. • Perform daily bank/cash reconciliation. • Managing VAT return filling with QuickBooks and Fully aware about FTA. • Maintain detailed general ledger. • Process monthly expense accruals. • Balance sheet review and analysis. • Manage intercompany transactions. • Involved in Cash Flow and Budget process. • Oversee weekly payroll and perform annual payroll related filings. • Maintain Personnel Files. • Participate in Office Management function. • Arrange visa, medical and related documents and liaise with government departments with regards to visa, Sponsorship, bans, license, renewals etc. • Ensure monthly payment of Rent, Utilities and Vehicles. • Preparing Employee Payroll, Vacation Ticket and End of service benefits. • Respond to requests & queries through calls and emails. • Communicate & prepare necessary office correspondence. • Keeping all records as per requirements ISO. • Handling all telecommunication and internet matters.

An Accounts Admin is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, as well as administering user accounts. They may also be involved in various other functions related to the management of a company's finances, such as bookkeeping or budgeting. Often an Accounts Admin will have previous experience working with accounting software programs or databases.
1. Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping is a must
2. Strong computer skills are required, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities
3. Knowledge of business software such as Microsoft Office or Adobe Photoshop is beneficial
4. A strong attention to detail is necessary, along with the ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Ability to work independently with little supervision
A good understanding of accounting principles, QuickBooks knowledge and experience are all required to become an Accounts Admin. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are important as accounts administrators work with a variety of different individuals. Furthermore, account admins need to be able to handle customer inquiries quickly and effectively while maintaining confidentiality. Finally, account administrators must have the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
