A Accounts Admin is responsible for the administration of an organization's accounts, including financial accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, human resources management, purchasing/contracts management. They are also typically involved in security issues surrounding electronic data stores.
1. Strong accounting skills
2. Possession of a computer with internet access and appropriate software
3. Good customer service skills
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access (or other comparable program)
5. Proven experience in an administrative or financial position
1. Strong organizational skills - Accounts Admin must be able to manage and organize their time, resources, and files effectively.
2. Excellent communication abilities - Accounts Admin must be able to work effectively with other team members and clients using a variety of communication channels including email, phone calls, or in-person meetings.
3. Good problem solving skills - Accounts Admin need the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly while maintaining high standards for quality control throughout the process.
4. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Most accounts admin positions require knowledge of Excel as well as Word & Outlook (email client), so strong computer literacy is essential! 5..
