A Accounts Admin is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of a company. This might include preparing and filing tax returns, issuing bank loans, and negotiating contracts with vendors. They also work to keep track of money spent on inventory and ensure that all bills are paid on time.
1. Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping is required.
2. Excellent organizational skills are a must, as Accounts Admin duties can involve managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong computer skills are essential, as the job often requires handling financial data electronically.
4. Proven experience dealing with clients or customers is desirable, since Accounts Admins will be interacting with them on a regular basis to resolve issues or fulfill requests for information。 、5.
