A Accounts Admin is responsible for maintaining the financial records of a company. They may also be responsible for issuing and managing accounts, as well as resolving disputes between customers and employees over payments or reimbursements.
1. A degree in accounting or related field is required.
2. Previous experience working with accounts and databases is helpful, but not necessary.
3. Strong computer skills are a must, as Accounts Admin jobs often involve heavy use of computers both for work and personal entertainment purposes (Netflix etc).

Good communication and problem solving abilities are essential, as many problems encountered during the course of an Accounts Admin job can be resolved through discussion with co-workers or superiors/managers 5 .
