A Accounts Admin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an organization's accounting systems. This might include setting up new accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports.
1. A degree in accounting or a related field is required.
2. Experience working with accounts payable and receivables systems is preferred.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively.
4. proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential for most positions; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat also beneficial but not mandatory (it's typically used to create PDF files).
5. Previous experience managing budgets or tracking financial performance will be an advantage
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 2. Excellent organizational, problem-solving and data analysis skills; 3. Proven experience working with accounts payable systems or invoicing software; 4.
