Job Responsibility: 2. Processing payments to external partners. 3. Preparing production report of the sales team. 4. Maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. 5. Handling petty cash and responsible for all office chores. 6. Preparing invoices, Pro forma, receipt, payment slips etc. 7. Sending booking to the clients and following up for the confirmation. 8. Communicating with clients as well as sales department over the phone call.
