What is a Accounts Admin?

A person who manages the finances of a company or organization. They are responsible for tracking money, making sure bills get paid and keeping track of all financial transactions.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. Experience in accounting or a related field

2. Excellent communication and organizational skills

3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Proactive problem-solving abilities

5. Strategic thinking

What are the skills required to become a Accounts Admin?

1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; excellent customer service skills; experience working with a invoicing program such as FreshBooks or Paypal Express.

2. Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines; ability to stay calm under pressure and troubleshoot complex issues quickly.

3. Familiarity with accounting software programs such as Quickbooks or Excel is beneficial but not required - strong written communication abilities are more important for this position.; experience managing budgets and financial reports would also be desirable but not essential
