Our start-up advertising agency is looking for an Admin Assistant cum Accountant to join our small office located in Muweilah Sharjah immediately. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. Office Location: Muweilah, Sharjah Salary offered is AED 2500 Candidate must have good knowledge of Tally and MS Office We prefer candidates who are resident of Muweilah Sharjah or willing to re-locate and have previous advertising agency experience. Responsibilities: • Handle and coordinate active calendars • Manage Accounts • Schedule and confirm meetings • Ensure file organization based on office protocol • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed • Co-ordinate with suppliers / clients for the smooth business flow Qualification: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Ability to multitask • Proficient Tally • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Able to work independently without supervision
