Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Accountant for our company in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must have an Accounting background. Job Description: • Petty Cash expense entries • Bank Reconciliation • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions • Documentation & Filling , Scanning • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system • Recording of debits and credits , journal entries posting • Intercompany transactions entries , reconcile • Prepare and update expense reports. • Assisting in VAT filling • Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers, keeping up to date schedules of required accounts for reporting purpose. • Managing and assisting colleagues workloads and deadlines. • Qualification: • Bachelors or any relevant qualification • Minimum 1 years Experience • Experience to work on QuickBooks • Experience on accounting software Preferably Filipino Full time Job - Permanent All benefits as per labor law.
