Job description Need Accountant who can Joint Immediately: Candidate must have full knowledge of Quickbook (accounting software) and MS Excel. Job Description: Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy in the books of accounts: Purchase and Purchase Return entries Raising of Sales invoices Cash Receipt entries Cash payment entries Bank Receipt in entries Bank Payment entries Journal Entries Bank Reconciliation on daily basis Before issuing the payment to suppliers need to collect the statement of account from supplier and reconcile with our books Keeping a track of PDC Issued and send PDC issued report to the management on daily basis Stock has to be updated on daily basis into the books of accounts by booking and sales and purchase on time. Making purchase order to buy the items from intercompany. Cash report needs to be sent to management by end of the day every day which shows cash receipts and payment for the day. Intercompany balances have to reconciled on daily basis and ensure that the balances are matching in both books. Receivable and payable summary by the end of the day.
