A Accounts Assistant is someone who assists the Accounting Manager in performing their duties. They may perform a variety of tasks such as preparing financial reports, entering data into accounting software, and handling customer inquiries.
The qualifications required to become an Accounts Assistant vary depending on the specific position. However, most positions typically require a high school diploma or equivalent, good communication and writing skills, excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Many accounts assistant roles also require proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word Excel and Outlook.
