An Accounts Assistant is a position within an organization that assists in the management and processing of financial transactions. They may include tasks such as preparing reports, reconciling accounts, or issuing payments.
1. Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
2. Strong accounting skills required, including the ability to record and analyze financial data accurately.
3 Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and a quick response time.
4 Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary as Accounts Assistant work requires regular interaction with other personnel within an organization or outside organizations such as vendors or bankers.
5 A college degree in Accounting/Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory
