Accounts Executive. The applicant should be able to handle all accounts related work of Limited Liability Company (LLC) independently. Should be able to finalise accounts up to balance sheet level independently, also will have to enter all the data in the system personally. Should be well experienced in Filing of VAT. The applicant should be able to coordinate and follow up with the CA. Independent working and handling of all the work is a must. **Salary package offered is all inclusive and non negotiable. Our chartered accountant will conduct a qualification test related to your knowledge of accountancy, which will be held at our office. You will only be considered further if you successfully pass the test. Desired Candidate Profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Should be Commerce Graduate from Reputed College or University. SKILL SET REQUIRED: Very good knowledge and experience of accountancy is required. Should have excellent follow-up skills which is an essential requirement for this job. Should have good knowledge of Tally. Should have good knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel and Word. Independent working and handling of all the office work and work given by the MD. Should have worked in a Limited Liability Company (LLC) . Good command over English is very important. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm Male / Female can apply

To perform various accounting duties in coordination with Operations, Export and Transport section that includes preparation, maintenance and verification of various financial transactions and to deliver accurate and timely financial reports as per the direction of Financial Controller. ▪ To collect the invoices on-time from outsourced transport vendor/shipping lines through email, web login. ▪ To validate Land Freight, Sea Freight cost, Clearance & VAT cost in jobs via purchase invoice posting, taking care of Debit / Credit notes from lines and update immediately. ▪ To coordinate with Transport and Sea Freight team for job and FRESA(system) related updates. ▪ To fully take care of shipment process, initial level to cost validation till billing process. He will be responsible for Job audit and will make sure all shipments are billed to customer on time & close jobs. ▪ To liase and to have a strong coordination with Operations team for all accounts coordination tasks. ▪ To update specific accounting part in Fresa from Export Tracking & Coordinate with Export department. ▪ To coordinate with team leaders for job/shipment related issues specially Transport team. ▪ To be responsible for one day prior Original BL collection process & payment request process initiate in Accounts according to customer requirement and agreed terms. ▪ To generate SOA Daily, weekly and monthly to customers in line with the internal accounting policies. ▪ To do Monthly accounts reconciliation to with lines / vendors and customers. ▪ To provide support on financial procedures, budgets and planning activities through preparation, analysis and execute as advised by Manager-Finance. ▪ To be fully aware of all financial policies, procedures and government rules & regulations and to make recommendations wherever applicable. ▪ To coordinate with inter department stake holders on day-to-day basis with regards to collection of business transactions and update timely of accounting data. ▪ To work on regular weekly / monthly MIS reports and present to Financial Controller. along with recommendations as applicable.

Tally erp & MS Office proficiency is MUST!
