JOB DESCRIPTIONS: ACCOUNTANT The job descriptions of Accountant is listed below but not limited. He required to perform the additional jobs according to the requirement of immediate supervisor and Managing Director. • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices as per customer Requirements. • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. • Do Banking and Bank Reconciliations periodically. • Generating Accurate balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. • Reports to the Management for reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned time to time. • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. • Communicating over e-mails to the Head Office effectively for Placing orders and Bringing to the warehouse by close follow-ups and Prepare and submit monthly reports of Order Status. • Assist Auditors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience as an accountant of a Trading Entity upto Finalization of Accounts and understand Balance sheet and Profit And Loss Account and advise to the managements. • Excellent organizing abilities • Minimum 1-3 years of UAE Experience in Jewellery Field. • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
