Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: • Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balance • Verify, allocate, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable • Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results • Preparing financial statements • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure. • Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas • Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis • VAT filing and all other activities in relation to VAT • Assisting in design and preparation of budgets for review by management • Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules • Supervising accounting staffs • Other task that may be assigned. Qualifications: Strong financial analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft offices particularly in excel Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 2-5 years experience in accounting/finance
