A Accounts Head is responsible for the overall financial health of a company. This includes overseeing all aspects of the accounting and bookkeeping process, as well as managing relationships with external auditors. Additionally, this position often oversees budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that cash flow remains healthy despite fluctuations in sales or other factors.
1. Experience in accounting and financial management is required.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary as the Accounts Head will be responsible for leading a team of accountants.
3. Strong analytical abilities are needed to understand complex financial data, trends, and relationships within an organization's overall portfolio/business model./4thly, experience working with computers (including Excel) is advantageous as this position may require use of these tools for budgeting or forecasting purposes./5thly Finally, being proficient in English is essential since most organizations operate globally
