What is a Accounts Head?

They are responsible for making sure all financial transactions are recorded correctly, ensuring adequate funds are available to cover future expenses, and keeping track of overall budgetary goals.

What qualifications are required to become a Accounts Head?

1. Ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions based on that information.

2. Proven experience in accounting or a related field, preferably within a retail setting.

3. Excellent customer service skills; able to work well under pressure and handle difficult conversations with customers/clients successfully.

4. Strong leadership abilities; must be able to set expectations for team members, delegate tasks effectively, and manage conflict when necessary (both internally & externally).

5 . Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
