A Accounts Head is the person who oversees all financial activities within an organization, including but not limited to budgeting, accounting and auditing. They ensure that organizational money is spent wisely and accurately records transactions for tax purposes.
1. Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
2. Strong financial and analytical skills
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
4. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
