Company location: Sharjah ,UAE Working hours: 8.30 AM to 6.30 PM Working days: Sunday to Thursday Responsible for making and recording of sales and purchases invoices. Preparation Profit and Loss A/c and Maintain Books of Accounts. Handling Petty Cash and submit petty cash report to mangment . Reconciling the company’s bank statements. Reconciliation receivable and payable accounts. Verifying Suppliers Bills & SOA to process payment by Cheque / Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS). Prepare summary and analysis report of all daily and monthly expenses. Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data. Recording and Monitoring stock movement and if required, audit. Recording, filing and remitting taxes (TDS, GST, ITR). Preparation and coordination of the audit process, implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures. Monthly recording and computations of employee’s payroll. Posting of All Accounting vouchers, payables & receivables vouchers, supporting adjustment entry. Maintaining records of all accounts vouchers, financial & supporting documents for internal records and for audit purpose
