Accounts Manager Job in Dubai

Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Experience: 7 to 10 years GCC experience in Real Estate, Interior Fit-out & Hotel Industry preferred. Valid UAE driving license Nationality: No preference Job Description: Accounts Manager will be expected to perform any of the following tasks: • Responsible for bank reconciliation and managing business relations with banking institutions. • A/P and A/R reconciliation and management. • Responsible for petty cash and overall cash flow management. • Management of the company’s utility accounts. • Preparation of monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and yearly financial reports. • Manage inter-company transactions. • Prepare and manage client/tenants invoices. • Coordinate with all the departments to monitor ongoing work progress and requirements. • Controlling company costs to ensure budgets are managed. • Payroll management. • Employee benefits management. • Performs other duties as may be necessary to achieve Management objectives. • Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements • Auditing and submitting reports to management on regular basis.
